- Tums tablets
- gauze pads (all sizes)
- bars of soap
- travel size shampoo
- small bottles of hydrogen peroxide
- cotton swabs
- cotton balls
- medical tape
- medical safe scissors
- wet wipes
- hydrocortisone cream or ointment (1%)
- pen lights (to look in throats)
- tongue blades
- new or good used stethoscopes, sphygmomanometers, otoscopes
- clean plastic thin table cloths
- hand sanitizers
- cold packs (type that you squeeze to turn cold)
- reading glasses (not prescription)
- Multi-vitamins with iron (for adults)
- Multi-vitamins with iron (chewables for children)
