Jeff and Melissa Gracik are the first seminary students to participate in International Field Education with the Foundation for Peace in the Dominican Republic. They are both in their second year at Princeton Theological Seminary and previously from Ohio. Melissa will be spending the summer working alongside Pastor Juanita Rincon in the Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal church in the Barrio Maria section of Santo Domingo. Jeff will be working alongside Pastor Cecilio Ramirez in the Tres Brazos section of Santo Domingo. Both will be participating in learning and teaching experiences with the Mizpa Bible Institute in Barrio Maria also. Jeff is interested in facilitating the development of the economic assistance division in the Foundation for Peace. It is a real blessing to our organization to have their interest and energy to serve in the name of Jesus Christ alongside our brothers and sisters in the Dominican Republic.
